TREATMENT PROCESS.
HPL sandwich panels are self-supporting, structural panels comprising a core made of extruded polystyrene (XPS) fully covered with plain colour HPL sheets, or alternatively side-coated with wood-look or plain colour outdoor-grade PVC film (provided by our manufacturers RENOLIT® and HORNSCHUCH®). The finish side is coated with a removable protective film.
APPLICATIONS.
These panels are primarily used to manufacture roller shutter boxes and inspection flaps with one side finished.

PVC sandwich panels are self-supporting, structural panels comprising a core made of extruded polystyrene (XPS) covered with white, 1mm-thick hard PVC sheets. The panel is coated with a removable protective film.
APPLICATIONS.
These panels are primarily used to manufacture roller shutter boxes and inspection flaps.

TREATMENT PROCESS.
Expanded PVC panels are created through a single closed-cell extrusion process, and do not undergo any plasticization process afterwards. The closed-cell thin yet uniform structure highlights a solid construction with a frosted finish. The resulting material can be further coated if desired. In both cases, these panels are always coated with a removable protective film.
APPLICATIONS.
These panels are primarily used to manufacture roller shutter boxes and inspection flaps and can be fixed with screws if needed.
