TREATMENT PROCESS.
These sandwich panels are self-supporting, structural panels comprising a core made of extruded polystyrene (XPS) covered with either:
2mm-thick HPL sheets
4mm-thick HPL sheets (for added security)
1.3mm-thick PVC sheets
These sheets can be either in plain colour or coated with wood-look or plain colour outdoor-grade PVC film (provided by our manufacturers RENOLIT® and HORNSCHUCH®). The panel is coated with a protective film.

APPLICATIONS.
These panels are primarily used to manufacture door sills, fanlights, and adjustment strips in general.

STANDARD SIZE.
PVC sheet
3,000 x 1,500mm (± 10mm tolerance)
HPL sheet
3,050 x 1,300mm or 2,250 x 1,000mm (± 10mm tolerance)
Other sizes available upon request. Cut-to-size service available.

TOTAL THICKNESS.
40, 36, 32, 28, or 24mm (± 1mm tolerance)
Other thicknesses available upon request
